Edit Email or Password

Learn how to change your email address or update your password for your ProTrainUp account.

To change your email address used in the ProTrainUp system or your login password, click on your name in the upper right corner. Then, from the menu that appears, select the "edit profile" option. The next step is to click on "update email" or "update password". After clicking the appropriate option, the system will ask you to provide your current password and the new email or password.
